I have been debating how to fill the small area in my basement with a home gym. This is more compact than I thought. The versitility of the workouts is more than I need but it's nice to know it's an option. Manual says you can't expand the power rods from the 210 but a quick search will show you otherwise to get up to the 410. My only complaint is that mine did arrive with quite a bit of surface rust on the welded areas.

I bought this Bowflex for my husband for Father's day. It was the perfect gift, he loves it. You can do so many exercises, and work your whole body. It comes with an instructions manual that guides you on many different workouts. We are both using it now and we are both happy.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Would recommend. I decided on getting those model and not the upgraded one because of the price. It’s fairly easy and quick go change the chords and resistance. I also love that it stores upright to save space.

Good starter home gym equipment, doesn’t take much space and has various targeted workouts. I wish however that it had a better locking system for the bench and a bit more steady when doing stand up arm curls

I had a more featured Bowflex in the past that I wish I never sold! This PR1000 is not as feature rich but it serves me for what I need it to do, It didn't take me long to assemble the home gym, about 1.5 hours by myself. The only thing is I wish is that I could add two more power bars but this should work for me.

This thing has been really solid though even after 1 month im still learning how to get the best out of it. Changing up the setup is a bit annoying but get easy and its not really necessary if you plan your workout. Overall satisfied with the purchase so far. Only con: Bit of a pain to build IMO.

Good quality and all parts were there (have had issues with walmart). It takes a bit to put together, but easy enough to do on your own, just takes some time. Haven't used it often enough yet, but seems robust.

This machine is not intended for hardcore workouts. It's great for low to medium use, great workout if you use it right and at the same time it's super easy and convenient for older people or someone who does light workouts at home. The rods are like half the weight advertised like others said but still plenty of resistance for most people who use this kind of machines.

Quickly became a solid, easily-sustained routine. Much easier on joints than weight machines or free weights, resistance similar to using stretch bands (ie, steadily increases to max at top extension, gradually reduces back to set position).

This bowflex has everything you need for a great workout. It was fairly easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself. I love the versatility of this equipment and the bench seating can be pushed up to help you save on space. I'd highly recommend this to anyone whether your just starting out exercising or have been at it for a while. You'll get a full body workout and the resistance load is great. This was a real treat for me and a great addition to my home gym.
