Great Espresso Machine! We've set it up to turn on for the time we are ready to make our morning Mochas and it works quickly. We can grind beans, .ake espresso shots and froth milk simultaneously. Love it and considering a 2nd purchase for husbands work!

Great Expresso machine. But not worth the high price. This has a double broiler which means it can make Expresso at the same time as froth milk. But this also means it takes about 10 mins for everything to be ready. The Breville touch express (half the cost) provides instant water… and since this my home not a business, I need to be able to process milk and Expresso at the same time. Also there is a difference in size. The oracle won’t fit under a standard kitchen cabinets. The touch express are smaller and do. Oh… breville sent me the wrong color, which im irritated about because this is a very expensive machine. I’m am going to return

I bought this machine after donating my long owned Breville Oracle (bought in 2016) and boy do I regret giving it up. We bought the Oracle Touch expecting a premium experience and a refreshed user interface. The first Touch unit shipped and within a month or two developed an issue with the boiler -- where the water completely drained out of the machine into the drip tray at start up. I have the TotalTech warranty and got a refund and ordered a new unit. The new unit had the same issue and stopped grinding after 35 days. So the existing issue was compounded. Sadly I'll be looking elsewhere for my home espresso fix.

While I’ve just had the Oracle Touch a few days I nevertheless have thoughts. Overall, it is amazing in design and functionality. It’s heavy, to be sure, but once set up it works and performs as advertised. The grind and tamping functions work perfectly although the grind setting seems to change on its own slightly…not a huge issue. It take a few minutes to warm up and, when ready the power switch changes to steady from flashing. The large water reservoir is appreciated and is easy to fill from the top of the machine. The only adjustment that i have made so far is to adjust the grind size so as to achieve the proper extraction…worked great and is now in the recommended range. The portafilter and tray are a snap to clean. I’ve noticed the tray receives very little post extraction water which is very different from my previous machine…Barista Touch. I also like the ability to set start up time and shut down delay. This machine is expensive but, so far, I’m happy with the purchase and feel that I made a great choice.

The unit broke down twice. I had to ship it back to breville. Not worth the money. They gave really bad customer service.

We are on our 3rd Breville - the Oracle Touch - in 24 months. It makes a fantastic espresso and we loved the 1st one for 10 months. Then when turned on the water just ran through until it filled the drip tray then went all over. The 2nd had an error 12 months in and we used our BestBuy warranty to get a 3rd. For the price tag, it should last more than a few months at a time.
