Breville - the Sous Chef 16 Food Processor - Brushed Stainless Steel

Has the high quality I've come to expect from Breville products, and the capacity means you can make enough to feed you for weeks. Guacamole, pudding, french fries, chickpea salad, vegan mayo, we've already make so much amazing food with this beast and will continue to try more.

I was searching for an upgrade to my old food processor and this one was a recommendation by America’s Test Kitchen. I was given some gift cards and I decided to go ahead and put them towards this purchase. I have been so happy with the performance and power and accessories of it so far! My expectations have all been exceeded. It’s so easy to clean, the storage box for the accessories is sleek and has a professional feel to it, and the base is solid and compact. Everything locks together easily and seals tightly. The motor must be something incredible as it powers through vegetables like a lawnmower! The adjustable slicing blade has provided delicate and consistent slices of apples and potatoes in the blink of an eye. The only improvement I could find would be in the price. However, I’ve been very happy with other Breville products that I have owned for many years now, so I trust their quality and reliability and I see this as an investment in my kitchen for the years to come. And it has already become indispensable in my kitchen for Thanksgiving preparations this year!

This is an exceptional food processor. It has a lot of bells and whistles. The box it came in was so much larger than I expected. I have used it a few times so far and I am very pleased with it. Shredding cheese has never been so simple. Looking forward to all sorts of things with this.

I'm an early adopter so I've had at least 3 cuisinart food processors over the years. I've worked them over. Decided to treat me to a new brand and processor since the other one was 10+ years old. Wow! quiet, several safety features, thorough mixing, and probably best of all-- easier clean up of the blade and the bowl. Love the smaller bowl & blade that's included and can't wait to try out the dough hook. I ditched the attachment box since it took up too much real estate in my cupboard.
