I got this for my wife and she liked it, but she ended up not using it as much as I thought so we returned it. It was bigger than I expected it to be, so the upper half of her back was so far away from the chair that she couldn’t just lean back all the way and enjoy the massage, she had to sit up straight so it wouldn’t hurt her back more by bending backwards. Other than that, she said it felt fine and the heat worked well.

I have degenerative disk disease in my lower back and bought this hoping it would help. I've used it several with heat and my back does feel better after use. Together with my stretching exercises my back is feeling better. Only draw back, it does take some getting used to. My first time it was a little uncomfortable but I think that reflected my back problem. Got better with use.

I own one and love it! Works great when my back starts to bother me. Also gave as 2 gifts and the recipients love it too!! Helps a lot when we need it most!

I bought it when it was $50. Good product. Less Mode selection and power cord could be longer. Other than that. Great value!

This is the perfect size for my back. I love the heat option and the messager gets right in the muscles of my back.
