I got this for my wife and she liked it, but she ended up not using it as much as I thought so we returned it. It was bigger than I expected it to be, so the upper half of her back was so far away from the chair that she couldn’t just lean back all the way and enjoy the massage, she had to sit up straight so it wouldn’t hurt her back more by bending backwards. Other than that, she said it felt fine and the heat worked well.

I have degenerative disk disease in my lower back and bought this hoping it would help. I've used it several with heat and my back does feel better after use. Together with my stretching exercises my back is feeling better. Only draw back, it does take some getting used to. My first time it was a little uncomfortable but I think that reflected my back problem. Got better with use.

I own one and love it! Works great when my back starts to bother me. Also gave as 2 gifts and the recipients love it too!! Helps a lot when we need it most!

I bought it when it was $50. Good product. Less Mode selection and power cord could be longer. Other than that. Great value!

This is the perfect size for my back. I love the heat option and the messager gets right in the muscles of my back.

I bought this while checking out I saw it and remembered I had some reward coupons so I thought I would try it. I was surprised who well it worked in helping my lower back pain. I have been off work due to my back pain and was looking for something that would make it easier for me to sit on the couch or up against the couch on the floor is where it worked best for me.

At first I thought that it was too rough and hard, but after softening with an in between pillow, not too puffy, it has worked out well. My massage gets the intensity that I’m looking for while the heat actually adds to the benefit and experience.

This is probably the best lumbar massager I've used. It hits all the right spots, the rotating balls ensure the surrounding muscle is worked on as well. Heat is simply a plus when needed. Very strong, I love it.

The product could stand to be a lil wider but overall it works well especially sitting on the couch I wouldn't recommend laying down on it. I use it for the thoracic spine as well and it does very well. I would rate the heat function as fair.

This back massager works great for the upper and lower back. Helps loosen tight muscles.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She uses it daily on her lower back and neck and it relaxes her greatly.

Gives great heat for sore muscles but be careful about the amount of pressure you provide or else you'll end up sore for a few days after... at least I did. I think I pushed to hard against it.

I have owned a lot of massagers. Some do an ok job, but nothing quite gets to the level of human hands than this wonder. It’s the perfect size and has 3 kneading massager rotating things on each side (for a total of 6, yes 6!) as opposed to almost every other massager which only has two. The heat works perfectly and this will get your entire lower back with a little physical movement of the entire unit up or down. Even works great on feet!! If you are looking for a great lower back massager, this is the one to get.

I keep this at my office and use it when I experience lower back pain. It automatically shuts off after the right amount of time.
