Remember old flimsy "punch" type labellers that would physically emboss characters on thick plastic adhesive tape? While it worked fine, it was borderline annoying & tedious to use; turn the wheel & punch, turn the wheel & punch, & if you made a mistake (ARRRGH) the tape was wasted & you had to start all over again. This little gem eliminates the physical drudgery & reduces the chance of an error with a small digital LCD screen letting you preview what will be printed. It has a variety of type sizes (specific to the size of tape in use of course) & even special characters like hearts, balloons & more for many different occasions. I'm quite fond of the "cable" labelling mode that creates a perfect label for speaker wires, stereo component cables, HDMI cables & more (which beats the heck out of the plastic bread bag clips with felt tip pen writing I had been using). It's compact in size & easily taken "on the job" for nearly all of your needs. It even comes with its own fresh batteries‼ This may just be the solution of your labelling need. It was for many of mine. Particularly as I got it on sale. Love it.

We use this for labeling kitchen containers. Read the instructions once and never looked back.

The label maker is a great tool. You have to read the instructions to learn how to include punctuation and special characters but once you know all the tricks it works great.

I read a lot of reviews and I ended up just returning it. I returned it because it used to many batteries and I read that the device dies quick

Label maker is small and very easy to operate. Tapes are easy to change.

This is cute and convenient but it REALLY takes up A LOT of label paper. I mean like it's really ridiculous. For one LETTER it'll print out in the middle and the first and last part is blank but that's where it'll end.

I absolutely LOVE my label maker. Great size to fit in my hand. Easy to label items in my kitchen that are not in their original package. Also, we are a blended family and I am labeling which family the heirlooms came from, as well as telling a short explanation regarding the item's history. I have labeled scrapbooks, pictures and almost everything in my house, attic and basement. I have fun using the label maker's various options. I have not experienced any problems whatsoever with my label maker. The battery life and ease of use has been exceptional. I wouldn't like to be without my label maker.

The label maker worked well until after the initial label spool was used up. I was able to use the label maker once with the new spool and now it won't power up. To make matters worse the second label spool cost more than the machine. Avoid this product.
