These fax machines can take a lot of abuse and still continue to work great. They are solidly built and we've never had issues with this model.

These are great fax machines, this is our 3rd of same model. They usually last us 3+ years. They are used heavy in not a friendly envivonment

Love the fact that I can fax my college work to my professor...The printer is very clear...The size of the unit is nice.

Overall, the set up of the fax machine was easy. The only reason why I haven't given a 5-star rating is sometimes the paper jams.

I’m not a fan of this. It seems very outdated. I wasn’t able to find online support that wasn’t dated. Appears to take tons of energy. My light went dim when I plugged it in. If you need the absolute basics go ahead.

I usually prefer HP but this replaced the previous Brother in a home office for an elderly gentleman. The numbers are large and easy to work with, as is the screen. It works well overall, though we’ve had a few paper jams.

Bought the Intellifax 4100e to use at home. Previously owned Canon and HP All-In-One machines. The Brother tops them. The Laser printing is great --- crisp, clear. I like the Intellifax and am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product.

I set this up myself. surprise! Was not as hard as I thought. Working from home made it a lot easier

The only thing that would make this printer better would be a straight paper feed making it better deal with card stock and envelopes.
