Easy to install/replace. Color quality is good. Wish it would last a bit longer. Usually about 6 months.

I have purchased other brands and they only lasted about half the time. It's worth spending the little extra because it is actually cheaper in the long run.

These cartridges last a long time since I do not print very often. I have never had any trouble with the cartridges.

I have tried third party ones because they were cheaper but the do not last half as long as the original one.

This is the cartridge that is required by my laser printer and it has always performed well in that unit.

Disappointed that a Brother toner will leak all over my Brother printer. Clean it and reinstall a few times and the problem remind. Finally took it back to the store as return. The employee there was giving me a hard time about it be a non-returnable item because it's open box. I was told by customer service to bring it back to the store. I did get my refund but really should not be an issue to start with when the product was defected straight out of the box. Not sure if I'm going to buy a second one from best buy again.

I always buy OEM toner cartridges and never have been disappointed.

it was a better price for the printer but compared to the HP, it has a long way to go
