Brotherhood - BluRay [Blu-ray]

A classic example of the Blaxploitation genre typical of the 1970s Brotherhood of Death is an in-your-face, ass-kicking tale of three African American men who return from Vietnam in the 1960s to their small southern hometown. Hell bent on upholding racial justice, the boys soon find themselves employing their newfound army tactics to conduct an all-out war with members of the local Klu Klux Klan. With a cast comprised largely of Washington Redskins players, this low-budget film was a huge commercial success in it's day, and is lauded (and often imitated) by myriad film insiders and directors, including Quentin Tarantino.

When his wife is brutally murdered by a criminal that he put away, Mason (Cain), a hard-nosed detective, lets himself be arrested for murder to get vengeance. Once inside the prison's walls, Mason discovers a whole new criminal enterprise those behind it would kill to protect.

He never fought a battle he couldn't win; except the conflict raging within his own soul. Academy Award-nominee Sylvester Stallone stars as war hero John Rambo. An ex-Green Beret haunted by memories of Vietnam, he was once the perfect killing machine. Now he's searching for peace, but finds instead an over-zealous, small-town sheriff who's spoiling for a fight. All hell breaks loose when an unjustly imprisoned Rambo escapes and becomes the target of a massive manhunt. Now he must use all his cunning, combat skills and weapons training to stay alive and outwit his pursuers.
