Since it's , the album has proven to be a seller over time, moving over two million copies in the U.S. alone. 40oz. To Freedom's sound blended various forms of Jamaican music, including ska (InchDate RapeInch), rocksteady (Inch54-46 That's My NumberInch), roots reggae (InchSmoke Two JointsInch) and dub (InchLet's Go Get StonedInch, InchD.J.sInch) with British and American hardcore punk (InchNew ThrashInch, InchHopeInch), and hip hop (as in InchLive at E'sInch).
