Building Australia - DVD

Australia is the oldest, flattest, and driest inhabited continent, with the least fertile soils. It is a megadiverse country, and it's size gives it a wide variety of landscapes and climates, with deserts in the center, tropical rainforests in the north-east, and mountain ranges in the south-east.

From the bombing of Pearl Harbor to the fall of the Berlin Wall, the United States underwent the most profound social, economic and technological changes than any prior point in history. The faces, places, events, and trends of the '40s, '50s, '60s, 70s, and '80s are revisited in this compelling five-documentary time capsule, which is complemented by five feature films, five complete TV episodes, and dozens of commercials and movie trailers from each era. 20 1/2 hrs. On 5 discs. Standard; Soundtrack English.
