I had to exchange the refrigerator for another. The first one I received had metal that looked a little warped or something at every corner, plus the inside rubber piece was loose. The second one I received had no issues and is actually quite beautiful. Very spacious refrigerator. Great lighting. Runs quiet. Although expensive, it’s actually a fair price for a “built-in”.

It was a Christmas gift for my wife, but it became a little bit late Valentines Day present for her. I bought the two for the secondary storage. It looks gorgeous, fits well with other furniture. The installation service was perfect too. They matched the doors for free. Thank you BestBuy.

It's 2023 and getting a new fridge isn't an easy task. While there are several options readily available, supply chain issues still remain making the purchase of particular brands and models difficult to obtain. In our instance, we had to wait five months for our built-in fridge to become available. With that said, when the fridge arrived, the delivery and install team made quick work of removing the old built-in and seamlessly integrating our new KitchenAid fridge. Navigating the installation of a 24.2 Cu. Ft. French Door Fridge is no easy task. Our install team was exceptionally careful and did a tremendous job.

The membership at Best Buy is excellent. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and it’s absolutely worth getting the full membership I love buying all my products from them — my washer, dryer, refrigerator, everything. Their service has always been excellent.

We had to have the refrigerator delivered THREE time before we got it installed. Twice corporate refused to install the giant 27CF unit. I had to call General Manager at store 2693 (Ramon Paramo) and he sent a contractor 8 hours after the failed install; His contract people were awesome. Would have been 2 hour if he had his own delivery unit and we would not have lost two hundred dollars in spoiled food.

The installation was very professional, clean, cared about not scratching the floor, each was dressed in the same uniform, explained their challenges with the installation and their plan to get around them. The site survey performed the day before should have included more detail for the men such as ceiling height as that was a major challenge for the install team.

It was not easy to find the correct crew to bring up my refrigerator but when they did I couldn't say enough about how professional the gentleman was who man handled it and installed it!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!

S We made the horrible decision to buy a decor fridge and freezer with Best Buy. Since the moment the deliver and installation team came through my door they stared by saying the it will not fit in the kitchen when my kitchen was custom made specifically for those items. After they decided to continue with the installation and it fit prerfecrly as I told them. We got the feeling this people did not have the skills to install those appliances. My husband stared reading the installation manual and ask question and the technician stared getting upset and talking back in a not very nice way. Once they placed the fridge in freezer in the location he tells me he can’t finish installation because they do not have the necessary items to connect the water line. This column fridge and freezer require a connecting pairing kit which they told us would leave those parts out for another team to come and install. To my surprise the guys left the parts they did not install in the garage all open on the floor in the garage including screws all over the place which I have pictures of this. We proceeded to contact Best Buy and speak to a manager for 2 days with no success. After 2 days Best Buy called back and told me that another team will come out to finish the job but we will have to wait 4 days for this to happens when we explained to them that we are worried this Collums that are not property installed can fall over and we have kids. Worst costumer service and installation process after we payed $18,000 for this items. I will never recomend anyone to use Best Buy in the future and to make sure I let them know how horrible we were treatment and the quality of service provided with no qualifying technician for this type of units. Definitely a 1 star review across it all.

The installers are not seasoned to do built in installation. All the installers have had issues. The current particular ones were unable to install the handles and align the doors. Best buy picks the wrong installers. The last installer for the inbuilt microwave broke the glass and threw it in our garage. Highly unprofessional team.

The crew was professional. They replaced a large built in refrigerator. They removed and hauled away the old one and installed a the new. It was a difficult job, but they got it done. I would recommend them and I'd use them again.

Refrigerator trim installed crooked. Wrong screws used at top preventing condenser panel from installing flushly. Scarred exterior and interior of adjacent pantry cupboard with inappropriate/too long screws. Had my contractor realign trim (and adjust refrigerator position). Scarring on NEW custom cabinets permanent. Poor job.

The appliance crew came out to correct the mistakes made by the previous installation crew, the fridge suppose to be flush mounted, but as the phones showed, it was NOT! They took one look at the mistake and told us that they are going outside to call the office to order replacement parts. Two minutes later they left without saying a word to us! Corrections to the installation mistakes could be accomplished without the replacement parts (which was damaged by the second crew that came out), yet they left without even telling us! Worst experience I ever had with appliance installation, not to mention that appliance cost over $17K! This is the third crew that came out to the house!
