Three 14 AWG copper conductors are rated for a 15 amp load at 125 volts, up to 1875 watts, 50 percent more current than the 10A 18 AWG monitor power cord or PC power cable that ships with most devices. That headroom suits a high-wattage PC power supply, workstation, 3D printer, or laser printer, and the heavier gauge keeps voltage drop low on long runs. VW-1 Flame-Rated 105°C SJT Jacket With Molded Ends
The SJT jacket is VW-1 flame-rated and rated to 105°C, yet flexible enough to route behind a desk or through rack cable management, and both ends are molded over the terminations for strain relief. Pick a 1 ft or 2 ft short power cord for a rack or power strip, 6 ft or 10 ft for a desk, or 25 ft to 50 ft to reach a distant outlet. Black, white, red, and blue help you tell cords apart.

Your rack PDU or UPS needs 250V, but the receptacle on the wall is a round twist-lock, not a standard three-prong outlet. This Cable Leader cord connects a NEMA L6-20P twist-lock plug to an IEC 60320 C13 outlet, delivering 15A at 250V for a 3,750-watt maximum load over three 14 AWG copper conductors. A quarter turn seats the plug in an L6-20R receptacle and holds it, so vibration or a cable pull cannot drop power. The SJT jacket is rated for hard service and both connector bodies are fully molded with integrated strain relief. Compatible with any equipment carrying an IEC C14 inlet rated for 250V operation: rack-mount PDUs, UPS systems, rack servers, network switches, KVM switches, and storage arrays. The plug end needs a NEMA L6-20R receptacle and will not fit a standard 125V outlet; L6-20P is not interchangeable with the 125V L5-20P. Best for: 208V and 240V equipment fed from an L6-20R twist-lock receptacle. Not for: 120V devices or loads above 15A. UL Listed and RoHS compliant.
