I bought this in January for my kitchen which is just been remodeled. It is a great efficient dishwasher, cleans very well, and I can get a surprising amount of dishes loaded., the noise level is Zero. Installation was easy. Another positive: the dishwasher looks elegant in my kitchen.

Very quiet dishwasher. Does an excellent cleaning job. Racks maybe aren’t as sturdy as I’d like them, but overall love this dishwasher. It’s beautiful too! We have the double oven to match, getting the fridge to make it a set now!

We went through 3 cafe dishwashers (double door units) before settling on this model. So far it has been excellent! We currently have cafe fridge and cafe double oven and they look beautiful. This was a perfect addition to the kitchen. Quality of the unit is much better than the double door unit and it cleans very well. It is also east to load and provides multiple adjustments to compensate for larger or smaller dishes. Additionally, it give you nice indicator on the door to show you when it is running and when it is done. Unlike many other dishwashers, the top display is a nice touch… giving you some idea as to how long the cleaning cycle will run based on your cleaning cycle selections. I would have liked to see the water bottle jets set on the lower rack, since most of my water bottles are too tall to fit on the upper rack, but I understand why that would be difficult to engineer. So far, we are very satisfied!

So far I live it, and it’s so quite compared to our older one. It looks sleek and nice and fits in with my other cafe appliances. So far I don’t mind doing the dishes as much any more because I feel like the dishwasher is no longer fighting me but rather welcoming my large pots and pans by way of allowing me to fold down racks and adjust the upper racks height. I wish it came with app functions to let me know when it’s done given the price point is not cheap by any means. I still don’t regret buying it and I do love it’s functions.

I haven’t got to use it yet so we will see how well it actually cleans. I was excited about the top 3rd rack but it does seem a bit flimsy since it is all plastic, I did see Cafe has a different dishwasher just like this one where the 3rd rack is metal. So I guess we’ll see if I should have bought that one instead. Also kinda sucks this dishwasher is now on sale and way cheaper than when I bought it. I even had waited for a holiday sale to get it, maybe it’s getting close to being discontinued and a newer series is coming. Who knows?

Easy to use and it is extremely quiet. The Cafe line matte black finish was what drew to purchase this product .

Matches our set of appliances. Bought to replace our 20+ year old Kenmore which was still working great, but on its last legs. I'll be honest in saying that this model doesn't seem to do as good a job, especially with drying and washing times. But... it is orders of magnitude quieter. It does get a bit annoying with the beeps sometimes.

We had to wait nearly eight months to get our appliances. The quality and finish of cafe line is sooo amazing, functional and hopefully durable but time will tell! Love these products!

Love our new Cafe dishwasher! It is just as quiet as our former Bosch. It’s a great addition to our Cafe range & microwave.

Looks great, works great. Really like the little musical tune when it is finished.

Been running it for three days straight and still going with no problems

This is the worst and most expensive dishwasher i have purchased. Do not be fooled into buying this dishwasher. You have to pretty much wash your dishes prior to putting it inside. It does not dry your dishes even in the ultra mode which will run your cycle for close to 4 hrs. Its constantly dirty on the sides so a cleaning cycle is mandatory every week to two weeks. Its just an overall horrible dishwasher. There is a seam inside (picture attached) where you can even see the glue coming through. My dishwasher is 3 months old.

70-80% of the time, the plastic plate holders collapse. To those looking at this unit, its like building a house of cards when you want to wash your plates. If someone from GE has a solution for why this happens, I’m happy to listen to ideas

Dishwasher received had a huge dent in top left corner and smelled awful. One could clearly see that it may have been run through a cycle and was not cleaned afterwards as there were water stains everywhere and it smelled like rancid water. Delivery service was subpar to say the least. Requested replacement to be delivered on 11/13. Overall very bad experience.

Delivered used w gross water in the bottom. And filter with food residue on it. Bought new. Don’t have water hooked up yet so can’t drain it.

Great dishwasher. Durable design. Installation was easy really enjoy the stainless steel tub. Handle has a nice look. Controls on the inside of the dishwasher are easy to use and digital. Really quiet and does a great job at washing the dishes no fingerprints all clean every time. Keeps going and going. Lots of room for dishes.

Very quiet and efficient dishwasher; love the ability to wash in zones (upper or lower), as well as the third tray. A note on Best Buy service: ordered this dishwasher, had it installed by the Best Buy service partner. All good during the brief test run, but the appliance started to leak during our first full run. Best Buy sent back their service partner team, they confirmed the machine is faulty and within a couple days, we had a new dishwasher that was perfect. Thank you.

Beautiful Design, runs very quiet, extra upper drawer comes in handy

Washes nicely. Very quiet. The normal dry cycle doesn’t dry as well as my previous Kitchenaid. Little bit of a learning curve for operating controls. Still needs to be leveled as the upper racK slides out most annoyingly when the door is opened. Still need need to check about the area between countertop and top of dishwasher as there is an open space where you can feel fiberglass when you open the topmost skinny rack. Seems to be a very long wait for service appointment
