Q: Can I cook two dishes at the same time at different temperatures in this oven?
A: Yes, you can cook two dishes at different temperatures simultaneously as it is a double oven.
Q: What is the capacity of the oven?
A: The total oven capacity is 5 cubic feet. The upper oven has a capacity of 2.2 cubic feet and the lower oven has a capacity of 2.8 cubic feet.
Q: Does this oven require a special tray for the air fryer function?
A: No, this oven does not require a special tray for its air fryer function.
Q: Does this Cafe oven have a built-in timer?
A: Yes, this Cafe oven comes with a built-in timer.
Q: How do I clean the oven racks?
A: You do not need to scrub the oven racks. They are designed to be left in the oven during the self-clean cycle.
Q: What type of connectivity does this Cafe oven have?
A: This Cafe oven has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity.
Q: Can this be under counter mounted? And can this be installed under a cooktop?
A: Yes. We did so. It is a about 1/4 deeper than other models so be sure to check that. The touchscreen controls and oven windows are a bit low when installed in a floor cabinet, but not inconveniently so.
A: The upper oven with rack in low position only gives you a scant 4 inches of usable vertical space, fine for most bakeware. But if you want to use bakeware with lids, like Corning ware, they will hit the broiler element above. You can remove the roller rack from the embossed glides & place it on the oven floor to make more head room for bakeware with lids. Or use the lower oven's floor rack. These make about 6 inches of usable vertical space. I needed to use the upper oven as a warming drawer recently for a huge oven safe pasta bowl full of barbecued chicken wings for a party of eight. I removed the rack & rested the big bowl directly on the little oven's floor. Worked great. For the lower oven, my 12 quart stock pot with lid sits on the floor rack & clears the broiler element by about half an inch.

This oven seems to operate great except it does not match the Cafe Platinum 5in1 microwave oven on the sides. Although it does looking straight at them. the sides and bottom 1-2” that sticks out past cabinet panel has a black void rather than stainless trim that the Platinum 5in1 microwave has.

We like this oven. This unit fits into a single wall oven cutout, but has two distinct units. The upper is a standard oven only and is the smaller of the two. The lower adds convection and an air fry capability (have not tried yet). We have not really done the big meal that uses both ovens yet, but look forward to it. So, there is the big surprise. This oven comes with an LCD display to control functions and is WiFi capable. Good stuff. But who knew how much I would really appreciate being able to have my weather information on that display whenever I walk by. Or that it would make me smile when I read the fun food facts that pop up (rasperberries are part of the rose family, Frootloops all taste the same, etc). These were real surprises and add to my enjoyment. Now lets talk about the overall experience. 1) Ordered July 2021, delivered May 2022 - I'll give Best Buy a pass and blame Covid 2) The oven doors are misaligned. The general concensus is that the oven was damaged during shipping. It still works fine, but Best Buy has ordered a replacement - so this is an OK situation 3) Installation - this continues to be a HORRIBLE situation. Initial installers plopped the unit into the cavity, hooked up power and said they were done. There was a 1/8" to 1/4" gap at the top, the trim piece at the bottom is stressed and they used a pneumatic balloon device during install (makes me wonder if that could have caused the door misalignment). The install instructions with the unit clearly states that some shimming may be required, including to address gaps. They sent "Installation Professionals" (3rd party) back two additional times with no real resolution other than I will be getting a replacement. I really don't want these 3rd party folks anywhere near this install again. I had three appliances all delivered at the same time (dishwasher, oven and cooktop). Delivery was 5/18. They just completed the trim install on the dishwasher yesterday (a GE supplied repairman). I talked about the oven above. AND the cooktop remains sitting in its box on the family room floor (today's date is 6/17) with the trim kit ordered to handle the slight oversized fit (per Best Buy guidance). Calls from about a half dozen different Geek Squad and other BB folks. They talk a good game and I get my hopes up and then they ghost me. So - DO NOT GET INSTALLATION FROM BEST BUY

Easily the best built-in wall oven available for kitchens that only have room for one oven. The temperature probe doesn't work (yet) but GE service has been very supportive. High-end durable construction. Seamless glass doors that are easy to clean. Upper oven visibility is limited and touch screen control is low but usable when installed in floor cabinets i.e., below a cooktop. We've cooked a 22-pound turkey in the lower oven.
