Caleb Hyles - The Darkness Before The Dawn - VINYL LP

Vinyl LP pressing including . 2018 . Soft Hell, Pill's sophomore album for Mexican Summer, is a raucous, splintering dispatch from New York City, animated by the madcap ingenuity of a foursome finding a palpable sense of joy and play in expressions of caustic, black humor. Like the contradiction of the album title, which references our acceptance of everyday miseries, it's a slew of dichotomies, a frenzied cutup. It's bleeding saxophone and lustrous feedback sounding somehow pastoral, and winking hooks subtly infused with venom. As the city quickly becomes a members-only club for the monied, hostile to the artists and culture that attract them, PILL defiantly answer this crisis in declaring Inchwe take strength where order fails.Inch Like the Upright Citizens Brigade (another one-quarter-female four piece) said before them InchOur only friend is chaos.Inch In the case of Pill, chaos is the genderless fifth member.

Before Dawn is the first official album by the band Ancient River from 2007 recorded in Gainesville, Florida. Not officially released until seven years later in 2014, the band had already established itself as a progressive live and studio act. Now for the first time on vinyl Ancient River and Little Cloud Records team up to bring you this dusty, dreamy, psychedelic relic from the past, the future and the present. The river flows. The album is pressed on 140 gram crystal clear vinyl and has a code.

Beborn Beton were founded by vocalist Stefan Netschio, keyboard player and drummer Stefan Tillmann, and keyboard player Michael Wagner in 1989. Following their first two regular albums InchTybaltInch (1993) and InchConcrete GroundInch (1994), Beborn Beton joined renowned acts such as WOLFSHEIM and DE/VISION in a new tag home. Having conquered Germany, the three electro-musicians rapidly expanded their realm abroad with the 1996 full-length InchNightfallInch, followed by InchTruthInch in 1997, and InchFakeInch (1999) that gained the Germans international acclaim by critics and fans alike. By the time, InchRückkehr zum EisplanetenInch ('Return to the Ice-Planet') was released in 2000, Beborn Beton had firmly positioned themselves as a headlining act within their scene and toured all the strongholds of electronic music. Yet heavy touring and the highly demanding creative output of so many excellent albums in quick succession took their toll. After the of InchTales from Another WorldInch (2002) and an exhausting US tour, Beborn Beton went on an extended hiatus. 13 years later, Beborn Beton returned with a new album on Dependent Recordings to the delight and surprise of their still huge following.
