Excellent product. Works perfectly and comes with everything you need to start any sort of computer project. I bought this to develop and self-host a Discord bot and it works phenomenally and I’m not even using a 20th of its full power. It’s really easy to use and navigate and works perfectly with SSH (secure shell) and remote access. It doesn’t pose any network security risks and you can firewall and reinforce it in any way you like, or even host your own DNS server and ad-blocked that works on WiFi and Cellular using programs like pi-hole. Lots of settings and able to operate completely headless and boot to a terminal screen or a desktop environment. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable mini computer that can run just about anything you could need it to. The storage card it comes with is just a bit slow so I’d swap it out.
My order arrive early so I was excited about that. It’s a very nice kit. Does everything I need it for. I got it to run a server for my smart home. Works just as expected and I’m happy with my purchase. The price wasn’t what I wanted to pay for it, but the increase expected since it’s very hard to find. Limited supply.

Runs Linux perfectly. Installed DNS/dDNS and VPN solutions on here and it works great for my family and I. Also use it as the control device for my router, assigning an IP reservation pool and rejecting all others. Even host a little Apache website on it that’s easily and quickly accessible from the outside (schedule for my kid’s sports leagues since I’m the coach). Just install the latest Ubuntu and all this useful stuff is at your fingertips.

This is a great kit for beginners even advanced users looking to add to their collection. I used this Pi to setup a Pi-Hole for my network (an ad blocker). Great kit had everything I would need to operate the unit.

I finally broke down and bought a raspberry pi It’s pretty awesome even for an old guy like me. I’ve had a lot of fun tinkering with it. I bought it primarily as a home media server. Ordering it online and having it delivered curbside is a huge plus. I hope that Best Buy continues offering curbside pickup

Outstanding product. I got mine the next day after ordering. I use it to power a SDR Server that sends the output of my SDR receiver on to the local LAN and/or the Internet. It does a fantastic job. The case is extremely easy to assemble and was completed quickly. Performance is great. Software come already loaded on the SD card and it only took a few minutes to update it to the latest version. Great buy, especially since you can't find a Raspberry Pi anywhere these days. I'm glad Best Buy carries this product and I may buy another to replace the RPi 3B that powers my FlightAware ADSB receiver. I could use the extra processing power to increase my score on FlightAware.

The kit comes in pieces and the instructions are very rudimentary. I was able to talk my 15 year old son how to go through the assembly, but the instructions were very vague. The ‘fan’ that comes with the unit is very loud and runs even after powering off the system. That’s probably one of the worse parts I didn’t like - Either way the unit comes with HDMI cables and plenty of adapters to get everything you would need. I was surprised the unit comes with a built in wireless adapter - I missed that option on the box. Try it out it’s pretty fun little device.

I am a big fan of the Raspberry Pi. It's amazing how much you can do with them and how fast you can get an OS to run on them. I use them for emulation and as media players. I like them so much that I am going to install 4 of them in my rack since I found a bracket that takes up 1U of space to hold 4 of them that way I can work on several at the same time without taking up any desk space not that they take individually take up space. I have 4GB Pi4's but my preference is for the 8gb Pi4's just to make sure I have enough RAM to handle anything I need to throw at it.

Very versatile. Started with Raspian OS which was very good but later installed Ubuntu 64 bit for the PI 4. Took several tweaks but it w=is working fine. I have the 4gb ram version and I have no problems running Ubuntu. No problems with temperature after overclocking unit to 2Gb/sec. This is not a gaming machine but works very well just playing on the internet and sending/receiving email using Ubuntu's Evolution email. I did order the clear case from Walmart just because I though it looked better than the white case it came with. Also order a power cord that has an on/off switch.

Want a fun toy or want to mine crypto, easiest cheapest solution. As for the kit itself, it comes with everything you need except for monitor and keyboard and mouse. well compare that to Mac mini and other mini Computer this is so amazing! not only did I buy one but I also bought one more after the first experience.

This is a great little computer that I got to start working with Arduino projects. This kit has everything you need to assemble and setup a Raspberry Pi 4 computer except for a keyboard, mouse, and HDMI monitor or TV. It comes with 2 HDMI cables and takes about an hour to assemble. I highly recommend the MAX kit to anyone who wants to learn how computers work, a little programming, and work with Arduino projects.

Amazing performance out of a credit card sized computer. Everything you need is in the box, waiting to be configured and ready to go. Four GB is ample memory enough to run Raspbian or Ubuntu desktop. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ethernet, and multiple USB ports are available for connectivity. Also supports two 4K monitors. Check it out!

Raspberry Pi has long been the gold standard for inexpensive single-board computing, powering everything from robots to smart home devices to digital kiosks. When it launched in 2019, the Raspberry Pi 4 took Pi to another level, with performance that’s good enough to use in a pinch as a desktop PC, plus the ability to output 4K video at 60 Hz or power dual monitors. More recently, the Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB) model came out, offering enough RAM for serious desktop computing, productivity and database hosting.

The Cana kits are a wonderful way to get started with the Raspberry Pi 4 computer. I bought two different styles. Unfortunately, Best Buy says they are out of stock now. The Pi 4 is extremely popular. It's fast! These kits allow you to learn Linux and sensor interfacing with the proper adapter for the GPIO port. They work great on the Internet or as a Python development system.

My first foray into the Rasberry Pi world. I have been in the IT world for 30 years and watched technology expand and grow in many areas. This unit puts the Linux world within easy reach of everyone with even a partial interest. We are looking to use these for VPN servers between client locations without router conflicts and running Packet Radio on Ham Bands. Fully functional computer in a package the size of a pack of cigarettes. Powered by a cell phone charger.
