This is the best printer I have ever purchased (so far)....I have only had it for about a month, but usually I have to refill ink cartridges every 2-3 weeks because I print a lot for work, but so far the ink tanks are still almost full and this printer prints faster than my last several printers I've had. I love how it has the USB port so I can keep my other device plugged in and charged all the time, since my computers USB ports are all used. I do think it was expensive and I'm not sure if I am really saving money on ink when you factor in the cost of the printer compared to other printers I have purchased in the past, but it is definitely convenient and that makes it worth it for me.

I love this printer! I use my printer in my law office -- and it gets a lot of use. I have now had it for over a month and it makes clean copies, scans quickly, prints quickly and is quiet. I love having the tanks for the ink. The only issue -- which may be me -- is that sometimes it changes the paper feed from cassette to the rear and I have been unable to figure out why. But -- that aside -- I like this printer so much that I am buying a second one for my real estate paralegal who uses her printer nearly as much as I do. Also, it takes up a lot less space on my desk than my former printer.

Not worth the high price I paid!!! Not long, approx 3 months after my purchase I start getting the error code… “Repair required. Contact Customer Service. Ref. Code 3452”. They send you a box to package it up to send in for service… “at your convenience”. This is my only printer and I work from home!!! NO time is convenient!!! I wish I would have bought another Epson!!!

The Wife is a real estate agent that requires a lot of MFD needs. The printing is fast for double-sided jobs, the scan to computer is nice. The printer makes very little noise. Powering the printer up from sleep mode, takes about 20 secs to get 'situated' Canon Mobile print works like a charm. Lastly, the ink container approach is much more efficient in respect to what you print. We are a "Windows/Android" Only house, and everything works without a hiccup. So, can't speak to Mac performance/availabilty/issues. Little high in price, but bit the bullet. We have always had canon printers, and yet to have a bad experience.

Output quality is great. Unit is compact. Ink consumption implies long time supply.

Unit has been in service since Aug 28th (delivered on the 27th) and we just add black ink for the first time... our old printer was going through a cartridge a month @ $65 pre cartridge so in 6 months that was @ $390 in savings. this printer has printed approximately 4,000 pages at this time.

This is a very study, well made all-in-one printer, something that is very hard to find nowadays. It does all of its jobs well and is tank and not cartridge based, which I like and which should be cost-saving in the long run. It is definitely not inexpensive, but it is worth the price.

I was amazed at how quickly this printed 100 flyers- within 10 minutes it was done. It has some of the cheapest ink on the market and it lasts long. Overall quality of printed images is perfect. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for. I recommend it.

Excellent print quality. A little slower to print than my last printer.

I bought this to replace ink cartridges that i was spending a fortune on, so far with how much I’ve printed and how much ink ive used im pretty happy , the picture printing could be better, its not as clear as I would’ve hoped so, its pretty easy to use and set up

Excellent Value. Prints at a very low price per copy but excellent quality.

Easy to setup and the new screen on this model is a big improvement over the older generation of this printer

Works really well. Takes a bit of time to warm up. And it can’t always be found on AirPrint. But it prints nice quality when it’s working well.

It will stop working after 6 months. I'm on my 3rd now, Warranty keeps sending me refurbed junk. It's now discontinued I guess, probably because it's a terrible printer. The Scan utility will stop working. The computer will stop finding the printer and claim to be offline. THIS is why the movie office space was made. I'm headed out to the parking lot to have by guys run over it with the dump truck .

An excellent product that Best Buy had in stock when Canon did not.
