Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was truly sad to see my old Canon printer go. I had it for over 9 years; it was a beast in size but also in function. It had a scan, fax copy, and print, and all the bells and whistles, but it was the size of an old box 24-in television and almost as heavy, but I loved it so much it never jammed, never had a problem, and printed pictures that were amazing. Unfortunately, after having it for so long, it did die on me one day. Knowing it was going to happen one day, I had already been looking at new options every so often, and this printer caught my eye. I happened to catch it whenever it was on sale, which was a bonus, but even if I had paid full price for it, it would have been well worth it. This printer is so easy to navigate and set up. The fact that it connects to my phone, tablet, laptop, and USB connections to my home PC makes it so easy to print or scan documents that I need to upload or to send out. The picture quality has been very good; I can't complain at all, and the printer integrates seamlessly with multiple apps and programs for picture editing as well as creating documents and presentations. I would recommend this printer to anyone that is wanting to have a quality, reliable printer that has lots of really cool options that you can utilize, or if you're just a person that is simply printing plain documents, this is a good option as well. I will say that one of my favorite things about upgrading to this printer is the reduced cost in ink. The cartridges for my old printer were very expensive, and you had to buy one big black one, one small black one, and then the 3-color toner cartridges. If you bought them all as a set, it was around $100, and if you printed about 50 photos, you were going to have to at least replace the small black and the yellow cartridge, sometimes all three colors. The ink usage with his printer really does go far, and you really do feel like you're getting your money's worth whenever you do print pictures. Because if printing at home is more expensive than sending it out to a company online or to a local Walgreens, it completely defeats the purpose of having this in your home for the convenience. The two subscription options are also a really cool feature that the printer has available to you, and I personally have the subscription to PIXAM Print at $6.99 a month, which covers you up to about 100 pages of printing a month or around 45 to 50 5x7 pictures. I really don't have anything negative to say about the printer other than sometimes whenever it receives updates, it will take a little bit longer than it says that it's going to, but you just have to have a little patience. Also, you'll want to make sure that you leave the printer on so that those updates can automatically take care of themselves so that it improves the delay on the downloads.

Great product, premium quality. Easy setup and update, nice color, quick shipping. Minus 1 star because black ink used up so fast and it is not that cheap.

The Canon TS7720 printer is a reliable and compact all-in-one solution for home use. Its wireless connectivity makes printing from various devices seamless and convenient. The print quality is consistently sharp for both documents and photos.

Absolutely love this printer. My wife printed a whole bunch of pictures from her phone on this really nice paper. And I print my shipping labels with ease now, no more library trips!

I work from home and have been using HP InkJet 8600 printers for years. My last one needed service after years of uninterupted use. I chose this time to cut costs and purchase a smaller printer instead. I have been pleasantly suprised. This Canon is almost as fast and the print quality is very good. The ink is less expensive too. I am very satisfied with this printer. It might work well for you too.

I am a big fan of the Cannon pixma line, and this printer is no exception. The main purpose for it is my son's school projects. Its light-weight and has a hard-plastic feel. I prefer a sleeker-feel and sturdier printers. The screen resolution is not the greatest, but then again Im used to bright phone screens. I was expecting slow print jobs, but it does its job faster than I expected.

My old printer was a disaster. The new Canon Proxima was easy to set up and produces excellent prints. I couldn't be happier!

The printer works well and I am happy. However, information on the 'maintenance cartridge' is not good. I searched and searched just to find out what it does. Never did find much. More instruction is needed on determining when to order a replacement maintenance cartridge.

Connect seamlessly across devices, great printing quality, fits perfect in smaller spaces.

I make collages of my colorful quilts before I give them to charity and print the collage for reference. However, the colors are very muted. On the positive side, the photos inside the grid stay inside the grid on printing — one reason we purchased a new printer.

Easy setup and clear printing not sure how much the ink costs, so far a good purchase.

I’ve had a couple of printers before, and this one was the easiest to set up. The screen on the printer has a video showing you exactly what to do. I’ve had it for over a month and it works great. I use it wirelessly with my computer and my phone.

Very awesome and reliable never broke down on me even once. The only the issue is the ink is a bit expensive compare to the other printers but worth it bigger capacity and longevity. Easy connectivity to WiFi.

Perfect size for small desk and light usage. Giving 4 stars because instructions for set up are slightly confusing. Easy to load paper, print quality is very good, Canon print app is easy to use. Bought on sale so value was excellent. Price of black cartridge priced well at $22. I would recommend Pixma TS7720
