Q: Does this camera have a wifi connetion?
A: Maybe a newer model might have one but mine does not
Q: Will this camera mount to the davis&sanford v12 pro vista 12 tripod?
A: Don't know that tripod but this camcorder mounts to a standard screw-in attaching point for cameras and camcorders. I use our mounted on an old Sony tripod I had laying around and it works just fine.
