I have been using memory foam pillows for years and wanted to give a down pillow a chance. I own a Casper mattress, and I’ve been happy with it. Figured this pillow would be a reasonable choice. After fluffing the pillow—as described in the instructions—the pillow is great. Very plush and comfortable. However, midway through the night, I find that the weight of my head is not support by the pillow. It’s like the weight of my head is resting directly on the mattress with only fluff surrounding my head. Seems a little absurd to need to re-fluff the pillow during the night each night. Maybe I’ve got a particularly heavy head. Going to stick with my aging memory foam pillow for now.

Havent even had it a month and its already so flat and uncomfortable. Ive tried fluffing it, I let it sit for 24 hours after getting it just to let it air out. It was great the first week and slowly started to drop after that.

Loft on this pillow is perfect. I also bought the original Casper pillow. I have to say, I always find myself grabbing the down version to sleep with over the original.
