Receive better TV signals in remote locations with this Channel Master preamplifier. Its high-gain, low-noise amplifier circuit focuses on boosting weak broadcast signals from over 80 miles away without increasing static for a cleaner digital TV picture. This coaxial cable-powered Channel Master preamplifier mounts on the antenna mast for best signal strength.

  • Titan 2 high-gain antenna signal preamplifier: Amplifies UHF, VHF and FM signals received by your antenna.
  • Ultra-low-noise design: This preamplifier is used to allow weaker signals at the antenna to be amplified to a viewable strength and is ideal for installations in which all broadcast towers are located at a distance of more than 80 miles.
  • Two-part unit: The outdoor amplification unit is mounted on the mast of your antenna system, and the indoor unit powers the outdoor amplification unit. The indoor unit is stationed indoors and connects to the outdoor unit via coaxial cable.
  • Recommended for professional installers only: Due to the high-gain output of this product, it can result in over-amplification if not used in the appropriate scenario.
  • Mounting hardware included: Offers simple installation.

Q: Can I use a 5m or less cable to connect the antenna to this amplifer? I intend to mount them inside the attic.

A: Fizz- It is always advisable to use a cable, as short as possible, to connect the antenna to the preamplifier. Weak signals can degrade as they go through cables and splitters. Also keep in mind, this CM-7777 preamp is designed for areas that do not have any strong local channels. Strong signals can overdrive the input to this amp and cause issues that resemble the symptoms of weak or poor quality signal. If you do have some strong signals in your area, then you might consider the Titan 2 CM-7778. That preamp is not as susceptible to being over-driven by strong signals.

Q: With a debit credit card, do you have to pay up front or be billed?

A: Please contact Best Buy customer support for questions concerning payment and billing.
