This is a great grill for first time buyers . It replaced a Webber 320 and the Webber is by far much better . My Webber lasted me 15 years and I could have replaced some parts and it would have lasted another 15 . I live the even infer red heat it cooks the food evenly with no flare up . Only problem you have to clean after every use and take the grates out to do so . Also doors don’t line up perfectly and the stainless is nice but not as strong as the Webber . Bottom line spend the extra $$ and get the Webber .

The infrared grill is far from the regular gas grill!!! It helps you maintain the heat and easy to clean. But i have to use a mat in the grill so that i can further protect the Tru-infrared!!! I love this - please try this grill!!!

Easy to build, cooks great, rated it a 4 star because it could be a little heavy duty, but other than that, love the way it cooks!

Previous Char-Broil grill lasted over 10 years, based on the initial quality I expect this one will last that long as well.

I am sssoo sorry that I brought this item from Best Buy‼️I happen to be a Over the Road Driver my wife ask for a gas grill to use on the deck to avoid cooking in the house this summer due to last summer having to be stuck in the house cause of what else the virus. So for Mother’s Day I give her the grill that’s not Assembled after looking at the Manual I realize that I didn’t have enough time to assemble the unit contact Best Buy which informed me that there’s no help for me there’s nobody to assemble it for me I can’t return it back to the store because I exceeded the time allowed to return the item I’m on hold with a representative from Best Buy now long enough to write this review I asked the young lady that I was talking to if I can talk to a supervisor I’ve been on hold now for 20/30 minutes after this experience I think the best thing to do for appliances such as grills it’s a go to Lowe’s Sam’s Club I hate to say it but Walmart. Now instead of getting some rest before I go out on the road I have to assemble this grill was going to cut into my rest time only thing I know it will never happen again. Just found out that it’s going to cost 215.00 to assemble Happy Mother’s Day
