The CHAUVET DJ COLORstrip Mini is the slim, low-profile answer for tight stages, narrow risers, and upscale events where the lighting needs to disappear into the room until it's time to make the room glow. At 19 inches long and just 3.3 pounds, this fixture tucks into corners, under tables, behind DJ facades, and along baseboards to throw color exactly where designers want it and nowhere else. Mobile DJs use COLORstrip Minis to uplight reception walls in custom brand colors, pin-spot bridal monograms, and add ambient color to cocktail hours and corporate events. Bands deploy them across pedalboards and drum risers for personal stage looks. Club operators line them along bars, booths, and runways to set the mood between sets. The trick is in the linking: power-link up to 20 fixtures at 120V (38 at 230V) from a single outlet to reduce extension cord chaos, then master/slave up to 31 units to run a single coordinated color chase across the entire venue. With or without a DMX controller, the COLORstrip Mini handles blackout, static color, dimmer, strobe, automated programs, and sound-active modes straight out of the box. Add an optional IRC-6 remote for hands-free wireless cueing between songs. It's a 4-channel dimmer/relay pack providing DMX control for on/off or dimming to units not equipped with DMX on their own. The fixture is optimized for use with small LED fixtures to prevent ghosting and flickering. Each of the 4 sets of outlets (duplex) can be set to any DMX address and independently set as a dimmer or relay. Sixteen user-selectable chase patterns make programming a breeze.
