The touch buttons are not precise enough and it does not have a preheating function.

So far so good. Only used a couple of times. Works well, cleans up easy. Would have been nice if it came with a cook book. Had to figure it out myself. Learning as I go.

toaster not good

I bought this 5 months ago and now I have to return it. The front window cracked. Very disappointed in this product. I have to spend my time to return it. I am not happy at all.
