About this product
CJ Ramone made his name as a member of (arguably) the greatest punk band of all time, and nearly 25 years after that experience, it'd be understandable if he now spent his days resting on his legacy and tsk-tsking the state of punk rock. Instead, The Holy Spell..., CJ's third full-length for Fat Wreck Chords, joyfully celebrates his undiminished love of music. It's right there in the title. InchI never lost that magical feeling that you get from music, and that's where the title came in,Inch he says. InchThe bands that I listened to when I was young that I really enjoyed, I can still put that music on now, and it still has the same magic for me.Inch Album Tracks 1. One High One Low 2. This Town 3. Crawling from the Wreckage 4. I'm Disappointed 5. Waitin' on the Sun 6. Hands of Mine 7. There Stands the Glass 8. Movin' on 9. Stand Up 10. Postcard from Heaven 11. Blue Skies 12. Rock on

2022 collection from The Wildhearts co-founder CJ. Covering his career from The Wildhearts through Honeycrack, The Jellys and into his solo years, Lives is not just a run of the mill best of album. InchOne thing that has always put me off best of albums is they are normally just compilations that have had absolutely no thought put into themInch comments CJ. InchI didn't want to go down that route. So with this album I rerecorded and reimagined 13 older tracks as well as remixing 9 of my newer solo tracks.Inch Jason Bowld (Bullet For My Valentine) is behind the kit for all of the tracks on this album giving a fresh and hard hitting new feel.
