Customer Ratings & Reviews

The phone is helpful as the numbers are large and the Boost button amplifies sound. White on black makes the numbers easy to see. The only issue is that the phone uses digital tech to access the directory, remove messages or the call log, etc. Elderly people who need the phone find this way too complicated especially if they are not tech savvy. Still the phone is a good choice if someone else helps and does the tech part.

My dad is hard of hearing and this phone is perfect. The volume can be increased and then there is a boost bottom to even increase more. It also has 5 memory button's so we can store important numbers so he doesn't have to remember them.

GREAT COMBO PACKAGE, PERFECT FOR SENIORS. 1 CORDED BASE WITH CALLER ID DISPLAY IN THE FAMILY ROOM AND A WIRELESS HANDSET WITH ILLUMINATED BUTTONS IN THE BEDROOM.

High quality corded system. Not for everyone, but if you have need for a corded bases station with wireless extension this system has high quality.

Works great! Excellent product for hearing impaired! Portable phones also work great.

The phone I had before this one was not as clear when people would call, being in an office I didn't want to misunderstand anyone who needed or needs help this phone has been wonderful.

everything is working just fine and really like the boost feature for hearing excellent.

Excellent phone/answering machine for those with heating deficit. Reasonable setup process and excellent volume enhancement.
