Love this thing. I use it EVERY DAY and i have a dedicated gaming desktop and the msi claw is still worth it for the days i dont feel like sitting at my desk. Or even on the go when im sitting for extended periods its a great device to have around. Ive been able to catch up on a lot more gaming these days with this. This model has the same specs as the msi 8 ai+ just lower battery life but im usually near an outlet so its not that big of a deal. Some games do require tweaking but a good portion of games run just fine. Games for reference, lords of the fallen, digimon time stranger, tainted grail, baldurs gate 3, prodeus. I say give it a shot or return it if its not your thing but its super handy.

It plays any game I throw at it. It feels great. It always runs cool. Two issues however: 1. There are quality control issues. The first one I received had a minor grind in the right stick. The second I received has a creaky M1 button (back button). MSI sent me a replacement plate and it still has the issue. . 2- the software can be improved. M Center is a bit sluggish and missing some features I'd thing would be included like game performance profiles.

Amazing handheld pc, right up their with the 8 ai (has the same internals) while having the body of the older claws . Only issue is that some older games might have comparability issues due to the Intel chipset, but any game released in 2010 and later seems too work fine if not great. Modern games are a dream as well, if you can get around the poor initial storage capacity of 512. Fortunately you can upgrade the ssd

The claw itself performs well, but it's very awkward to hold and the sticks are far too loose. Everything about it feels too cheap and plastic to justify the price, even with higher performance than Rog Ally X. The entire back of the claw is poorly designed, too many ridges make it hard to settle your fingers comfortably.

Absolutely good it handles everything I throw at it and it does overheat a lot.

Perfect in nearly every way. The audio, the grips, the performance. The hand feel is significantly better than the 8ai+ imo. I think a 7.5" screen would be the sweet spot though.
