Decent machine. CPU failed at 6mo though. It was either a 4 week wait for the manufacturer warrantee, or $500 to fix it in 3 days. Do your own math I guess.

We sincerely regret that an issue was encountered, and do stand behind our products with both a 1 year parts, lifetime labor warranty, and free lifetime technical support.
As to the wait time for repair, while many are completed in a shorter period of time when a system is shipped to us, we typically quote 2 - 4 weeks, to account for anything unexpected, e.g. damage during transit, etc., as well as transit times (both ways) for shipping.
Depending on the issue diagnosed in troubleshooting the system with the customer over the phone or via email, often -if the customer is comfortable with doing so- a simple parts exchange is also an option, and generally provides an even swifter resolution to an issue.
