This is great. My son is doing his senior year at home. We went to Best Buy and got this high end modem. It is also perfect for gaming.

I really would have liked to give a good review but the computer i received was bad. It was missing the internal HHD it was suppose to have. The sound ports wouldn't function except by using a USB slot. and the graphics had a terrible stutter. I think it was a bad mother board for the second two items but the missing HHD, i cant understand. Took it back to Best Buy and chose a another brand.

Thank you for your feedback; we regret that your experience wasn't the very positive one normally enjoyed by our customers.
With regard to the system and the issues encountered, it sounds as if the system had a very rough time during transit, and that despite our robust custom packaging, some damage occurred.
With regard to the drive thought to be missing, as the graphics and sound were mentioned, the NVMe M.2 drive with the O/S installed was certainly present. Therefore, we believe the feedback was referring to the 4TB storage HDD. The drive was almost certainly present due to our extensive checks during all stages of system creation, from pulling the parts, to assembly, testing, and QA.
Keeping in mind that the HDD is installed in a location that is not visible through the glass panel, requiring instead that the non-transparent metal panel on the other side of the system be removed to view it, the likely situation given the presumed hard time in transit, is that the power and/or data cables to the drive were jarred/ripped loose, causing the drive to not be seen by the O/S.
Regardless of the cause, we regret that the system you received was not in 100% functioning order. Please know that had you contacted us, we would have gladly assisted you, and made certain that you got a fully and properly running system.

Will change my review once i get this desktop… ordered beginning of November, PC crashed upon turning it on and had to return. Ordered another one on Nov 28, was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 8th - order is now delayed.
