I love this hot tub. I didn't want the big standard ones but still wanted a hot tub so this is perfect. It works as a standard hot tub with a few differences. If you want to start with a cheaper one that easy to maintain and don't want to spend several thousand dollars, I would recommend getting this one. The temperature seems to drop somewhat quickly after 20 mins compared to a standard hot tub, so don't be surprised by that. I wouldn't leave the lid off long before getting in to keep the temperature at 104 for a while. Im worried about how quick the water temperature will drop when its cold outside. It does shut off after 3 days so we have to check the temperature first and turn it on if we plan on using it. I think only 3 small people can get in comfortably but if its just 2 people this is perfect. I highly recommend this hot tub.

It is a great heavy duty I am totally impressed. The instructions where marginal but was able to figure it out and the symbols are confusing but you can mark symbols with what they do other than that I love it it is so relaxing

Bought it in the spring and had set it up under an covered canopy. Almost hardly no instructions for the setup but it was self explanatory. We live in California where our summer day time temps are high 80s so when we need to get the spa up to 100+ is not a problem. Now it’s labor day weekend (just used it hours ago) so far no complaints for a first time spa owner as it has held up and met our expectations for the price point and type of entry level product.

This thing is incredible, especially for the price. It is unbelievably sturdy for something that is filled with air. You can sit on the side of it and it is rock solid. We are actually using like a hot tub on cooler days (cranking it up to 104), and using it like a heated pool on hot days (with it about 85). The hardest part is figuring out how we want to use it that day. Every morning I check the weather and if it will be in the 70’s or cooler, I turn it to 104, if it’s mid 80’s or up, then 85 or so is good.

It’s been several months now since we purchased the hot tub. We still love my purchase. So happy I came to Best Buy for my purchases. We will continue to buy products from Best Buy for years to come. The service from online was excellent and easy to do. You can’t beat the prices and thus was an awesome experience for my husband and I. To come home and be able to relax in this bubbling heaven has truly been a pleasure.

Took a chance on ordering this inflatable hot tub. The reviews were hot and cold don’t mind the pun . After inflating it and filling it with water.It took about a day to get warm. It’s been spectacular have a needed to inflate it again. Always ready to go. Very happy with this purchase

The Coleman Saluspa we purchased has been very enjoyable. Even got here sooner than expected. QMuch better quality than our first soft tub. Easy set up and simple to operate.

This is a very sturdy product. It does take a long time to heat up. Was able to get it to 102 degrees which is very nice but had to be running all day.

I am so impressed with the quality of this tub. The affordability of it is out of the world. If you don't have one you need to get one

Nice if its warm out and you never have to move it. Worked decent on a few warm nights but struggles to maintain temp. We relocated the tub and it now Has an air leak somewhere that we haven't been able to locate. Developed leak after moving tub. (Drained it, carried it, set it down and now it doesn't hold air) Pretty disappointed.. lasted 6 or 7 uses..

Absolutely junk. Ten days outside of the return period it stopped working completely. Still waiting on word from Coleman, but according to Best Buy’s return policy we can’t return it. We thought it was user error at first when we set it up and it wasn’t holding temp, but NOPE! Definitely just faulty manufacturing! SO DISAPPOINTED!

We love it. It works great. Exactly what we expected. I didn’t think I’d use it very much since it was for my husband but I’m in it twice a day!

I really wanted to like this, but have had troubles from the start. While it looks very durable, the heating elements has displayed an error since turning it on. This is where I learned this is not actually sold through Best Buy, but a 3rd party. Have to go through their customer service. Multiple calls later, and multiple pictures still waiting for them to approve my claim…. I’m done. Just save yourself and stay away.

Don't waste your money, buy an actual hot tub. Worked perfectly for 11 months then all of a sudden the jets stop working. Followed all the trouble shooting tips, none of them worked. Contacted customer service to be told I need to purchase a new liner at the price of $270, more than half of what I paid for the spa new. Coleman is just another company that has let its customer service fail it's consumers.
