Colin Blunstone and Sundazed Music celebrate the 50th anniversary of Colin's post Oracle opus One Year with an expanded edition! The half, itself titled, That Same Year, gives you a deeper introspective look into that time in his life. The album largely features Colin singing accompanied solely by his acoustic guitar. That Same Year includes beautifully sparse demo versions of three songs from One Year including 'Caroline Goodbye' and 'Let Me Come Closer To You' where Colin is joined by fellow Zombie Rod Agent on piano. Three songs have Colin joined by Zombie bassist Chris White on classical guitar. Beyond the three familiar songs you will find Colin's familiar voice and wit come through on eleven completely unheard compositions all penned for the One Year album; including 'Sing Your Own Song' where sings of reading about his own death in Rolling Stone. One Year is an album that somehow manages to be both rich and sparse at the same time and always deeply intimate. That Same Year finds a way to bring your listening experience to a deeper level of intimacy. In addition to penning most of the album, Colin also penned the liner notes that fill the gatefold jacket along with unseen photos from that year. The notes go track by track through One Year along with some background on That Same Year.

One of the great pioneering figures of the early disco movement, vocalist Carol Douglas first made her mark in 1974 with the stunning single InchDoctor's Orders,Inch which quickly rose to the #2 position on Billboard's disco chart. Douglas made her album debut in 1975 with The Carol Douglas Album followed in 1976 by Midnight Love Affair and in 1977 by Full Bloom. To prove she was no one-hit wonder, Douglas reached the coveted #1 slot on the Billboard Disco chart with the single, InchMidnight Love Affair,Inch in 1976. Douglas soon became a favorite on the club scene and released two more solid albums (1978's InchBurnin'Inch and 1979's InchCome Into My LifeInch) to end the decade. In a career spanning more than 60 years, Blunstone came to prominence in the mid-1960s as the lead singer of the rock band the Zombies, which released four singles that entered the Top 75 charts in the United States during the 1960s InchShe's Not ThereInch, InchTell Her NoInch, InchShe's Coming HomeInch and InchTime of the SeasonInch. Blunstone began his solo career in 1969, releasing three singles under a pseudonym of Neil MacArthur. Since then, he has released ten studio albums under his real name. He was also a recurring guest vocalist with the Alan Parsons Project,[1] appearing on four of their albums between 1978 and 1985.
