Best Michael Mann film since The Insider and Heat. Wish he'd return to more crime-noirish stuff that put him on the map. Solid 4K transfer too

On my opinion, this is easily Michael Manns best film, and the 4K format does it great justice. The LA city lights are bright and colorful in HDR, cutting through the darkness and gritty city streets. Tom Cruis gives one of the best performances of his career, with Jamie Foxx performing along side him just as strong, albeit in different ways. The one superficial gripe I have with this is how the cover art is printed. The case already says "4K ultra HD" along the top of the hard plastic, yet they chose to put a banner along the top of the print, repeating that exact same thing. An odd blemish on an otherwise perfect release, but if you're fortunate enough to find a copy with the slipcover them that will at least hide it. But if you don't care too much about packaging then it won't affect you. IMAGE FOUND ON GOOGLE IMAGES

This is an excellent 4K movie. The visual effects will impress any enthusiastic movie aficionados. The story is well written, and the actors are best of the best, in every scene.This will easily go in the collection, of great movies. Thank you Best Buy.

Collateral is Michael Mann at his best and Tom Cruise in a role like never before. Add in a great performance by Jamie Fox and this is an all timer.

I truly enjoyed this movie. Wonderful plot and very well written. If your into action and suspense this is the movie for you!

Great movie, one of Cruise’s best. PQ was a little grainy than I remember, but still looks great in 4K.

This is Tom Cruise at his finest in a role like no other. He usually plays the role of hero but this time he's the polar opposite as a cold blooded killer for hire. It's so unfortunate this movie doesn't get more exposure to the viewing public on the streaming services. His performance in this movie was very Oscar worthy.

[Employee of bestbuy] One of my favorite Michael Mann films. Both actors do an excellent job playing their roles. The dichotomy of the two main characters helps drive the narrative in a meaningful way. Good action sequences propelled by the story naturally. Good film through and through.

I believe this is one of the first films shot in all digital. As a result it looks truly amazing in 4k UHD. Buy this version if you are a fan of Michael Mann movies.

Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx at their best. This movie kills all... lol One night, a wish list to complete and time is against you. What do you do... catch a cab!! No bbn one is safe from an assassin on a mission and a cab driver catch in the middle of this night of death. Great movie.

I could not wait to see this movie. It is a classic, especially in 4K got a deal of the day at a great price always at Best Buy.

Movie looks great in HDR, even if some scenes are a lottle dark. If you love this movie and have an OLED, then this disc is a no brainer.

Movie better on second virrwing. The 4K version sounds good where disc not damaged and not freeze-up.
