Targeted workouts to tone every zone! These days, everyone is pressed for time and fitting exercise into busy schedules is more difficult than ever. That's why we created this collection of 6 workouts that are short, sweet and super effective. Some of the routines target one specific area like the belly, butt or thighs. Others tighten and tone multiple muscle zones like the upper body, lower body and core. Each workout is designed to grow with you as you get stronger. They offer beginner, intermediate and advanced variations that make it easy to get started and go at your own pace. You can choose just one 10-minute workout on a given day or you can mix and match several to create a longer workout. So regardless of your schedule or fitness level, this program is a great way to starting toning up-10 minutes at a time.
