Great freezer. My favorite mini freezer by far.
Great small-medium freezer. This has been running at about 70% max coldness and it's been almost perfect. There's a little ice buildup on the exposed evaporator coils, that run horizontally on the upper side of the interior of the freezer. This is nothing compared to all the other mini freezers I've had; they were smaller, about 1.5 cubic foot, and they iced over SO MUCH over ALL the interior sides. It was a pain to defrost and remove all the ice that built up so fast. After running for several weeks, there is ZERO ice buildup on the sides, lower edge, and back wall of this freezer. Strong magnets hold the door closed. It takes a little more effort to pull the door open than most freezers but it's worth it to have a good seal. The compressor is average noise level. Since I pushed the furniture around the freezer farther away from the sides of the freezer, the compressor has been running much less often. The condenser coils in the side of the freezer do best with as much space and air flow as possible. There's about 6 inches of space for air flow on each side now and the compressor is only on a few minutes per hour. The freezer was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this freezer over other mini freezers.
