Q: is this installation included? and is this the full kit or is this just an upgrade?
A: When I purchased this in store, I was told that it includes EVERYTHING (all parts & installation)! Depending on the type of vehicle, it may need specific parts. BestBuy can enter in your car info to be sure to have all of the correct parts! Should be the full kit, as I was told, and the sales associate went through the parts and explained what everything was. Mine will be installed soon!
Q: Does this kit have alarm security? Shock sensor, and arming features?
A: No, this product doesn't come with an alarm security
A: 1. The door remains LOCKED for the safety of the car. Once you're near the car while the car is running, simply press the unlock button on your remote start key fob and then the door will be unlocked. 2. The car will be already running when you enter the car. So you have two options: First, you can simply press the brake and car will shut off and then you can start the car as you would normally do with your key. Second, you can put your key inside the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position (2nd click). This way the car will remain running and you just start driving. (These procedures are ONLY for the vehicles with the STANDARD KEY).
A: It comes with keyless entry so should work with the remote start. When u hit the start button it automatically locks your doors.
Q: Will this work on a push button start?
A: My vehicle is a push start and it works perfectly fine.
A: Yes, it’s just the key fob. You still have to hit the unlock button as you approach the vehicle.
