Ordered (3) different tablets for my grandchildren and (2) came in complete and this one came with the box unsealed and opened the box to find a charging cord and instructions only in the box. Sent messages to both Best Buy and the company about this issue and neither has responded back yet… So much for the Christmas present for my granddaughter…

I can't say enough, my grandbaby just loves it. The stories, it's very educational for a four-year-old. There's nothing else I can say about this tablet, but thank you. I would recommend this tablet to others.
