Answered by Contixo SupportNo — these will not work from Florida to Ohio. The Contixo TK1 uses a local 2.4GHz wireless/walkie-talkie connection, not internet-based Wi-Fi calling. Its range is only about 30 meters (approx. 100 feet) and best used in open outdoor areas.
