This drone didn't have problems as quickly as the last drone. This drone clicks buttons and just takes off. I like the headless mode option when controlling the drone. I feel like the drone is easier to control with headless mode on because I no longer need to have to tell which way the drone is going while it's flying in the air. I like the fact that it has a color setting and the light when headless mode is on lets you know which side is the front. This makes it much more convenient. There are a variety of nice lights to choose from when headless mode is not turned on, and the lighting is spectacular. The size is good too. I think this drone is safer than other kids drones. My 8 year old controls it well and all the kids love it. Even our 1 year old and our family pets are intrigued by it. It doesn't get much better than this. Charging is good too, much better than the old one. Plus, you get two batteries to extend the flight time by using one to charge while using the other. I can't wait to take it out on my next trip to the park, the kids are going to have so much fun with it, and giving them the freedom to fly through the air and learn how to control the craft without something getting in the way might be a good place to start. Maybe we can even get the 4 year old to try it outside, we'll see then. All in all I love it. Buy this.

My son and our puppy love it. My son chased the puppy with this drone for a good 15 minutes as our puppy running ahead! Because the drone has 2 batteries, each battery can fly for almost 8 minutes! My son loved playing with RC helicopters around the house since he was younger, and this drone has upgraded his fun. This drone can fly back and forth across the yard quickly, and it moves more quickly and is more responsive than the clunky RC helicopters. The controls are also much more intuitive, and my kids got the hang of it pretty quickly. The speed is switchable via the remote control, one-touch up and down, and the paddle protectors make this drone a super safe toy for kids to play with, and even if it crashes it doesn't matter, it's completely harmless.The great design of the LED lights makes it even more attractive, and I even think it's LEDs are brighter than the light strips in my yard.

This drone is awesome for kids learning to fly a drone for the first time. It's got obstacle avoidance on by default, so it'll back away when it gets too close to something. And if it does hit something by chance, it's protected by sturdy guards on all four sides, so it's basically crash proof. It's perfect for indoor flying. If you take it outside, just keep it low to avoid any wind carrying it away. The cool lights on it are a huge hit, my kids love flying it in the dark, with the lights flashing like little stars! Plus, it can do flips in the air, which makes it feel like a little fairy dancing around. I should've bought two from the start because my kids fight over it every time! Just ordered another one so they each have their own.
