Defective
Worked great until it wouldn't connect to the internet. Tried contacting seller on best buy several times no response. Received on dec 4th 2025. It is now jan 18th lasted less then a month working.

Waste of money
Doesnt hold a charge and it gets too hot for my grandbaby to hold while playing her tv shows. I like the rubber case but i just dont recommend this product . Save for a better tablet.

Don't buy
Domt buy this tablet. I decided to buy this tablet instead of using Amazon because I thought the quality would be better. I was wrong. Battery died a month into use. Would not let me charge any longer. I was past the due date so $60 wasted on trash.
