Corel draw 2023 is decent (Crashes a lot)

Freezes and crashes a lot so make sure you save your work frequently I use it to make waterslide deals

Decent software, sad support

Software is 5 stars...support is one star. Apparently the download file we get from Best Buy has issue that need 3 patches. Corel support (India-Based) sent me links to the 3 files, but each time (I had 2 different techs send them), it was links that had "subscription" in the file name. I asked if that would be a problem...since this is a one-time purchase. I was told emphatically "NO". Wasted 36 hours going around in circles as the update files kept crashing saying my version was not correct. Finally just snooped around the Corel website and found updates that were actually for the product I bought. Problem fixed...Pretty pathetic, Corel.

I bought a psp x8 some years ago from this company and it just worked for sometime and stoped validating the serial number I wrote customer service and they just said need to buy a newer version, a ripoff of your money do your self a favor and go for a more reputable software brand

PaintShop Pro X8 was launched in 2015. CorelDraw Graphics Suite 2023 is the more current version so will last you longer as long as you continue to perform the updates.
