This drive lives up to its performance claims. The temps are well within range, about the same as my 990 Pro in a OWC Thunderbolt 5 enclosure. I use it as a Time Machine drive for my MacBook Pro M4 Pro (that stays docked most of the time) and it's performed perfectly. It out performs the other guys T7/T9 and X9/X10 drives by a wide margin. Also, no disconnects, it's there when it wakes up from sleep. Zero issues, definitely recommend it.

The hard drive disconnected constantly and I ended up having to return it and get a Samsung hard drive, that worked perfectly. I love the idea of it being such a high speed but with out good software to maintain a connection it's not worth it.
