The Corsair Nightsword has a great shape to it. I have large hands and it fits nicely. The thumbrest design is great as it prevents your thumb from dragging on the mousepad. The thumbrest is concave in shape allowing you to lift and move the mouse very easily with minimal effort. The rubber on the opposite side where the pinky finger rest also provides a nice grip. The top of the mouse is more of a soft touch plastic with a treaded design for added grip. The left and right click buttons are a matte finish separate from the rest of the body which is nice. The button layout is pretty good for the most part. The DPI Sniper button is reachable but does not sit directly under the thumb which in this case I like so I do not accidentally press it. The Corsair Ironclaw Wireless has larger buttons making them easier to press although the ones on the Nightsword are still good. The scroll wheel feels nice with discernable steps. I really enjoy the fit and feel of this mouse better than the Ironclaw for FPS games. The RGB lighting has a very cool layout on this mouse. It is their best looking mouse. This mouse is very good for FPS games and has all the customizable weights you need. Overall I think Corsair has a winner with this mouse. Can't go wrong with it. Very comfortable and natural feel in the hand. Highly Recommended.

I love Corsair products. The nightsword is an awesome mouse at a great price, has plenty of buttons but not too many and I love that I can change the weights. I've used the nightsword for the past 6 years as my gaming mouse and will continue to do so. I wish this mouse had a pinky rest but sadly it does not. Hopefully Corsair can make a model with the same buttons and also have a detachable pinky rest in the near future. The mouse is great but sometimes icue acts up and I have to open the app to get my key binds back but the mouse is worth having to do that.

Price: 6.5/10 This is probably one of the most expensive mice I've ever owned. I purchased mine for 95 dollars and had it for a year and a half before accidently spilling tea on it. That's on me though, I loved the mouse so much I bought a new one the same day even though I still had my old Razer mouse on hand. You could pick up the logitech G502 hero which is almost a clone of this mouse for around 50 bucks. At the current price point, this mouse is made for serious gamers/ Corsair enthusiasts like me. It has tons of bells and whistles like weights and macros you can program through Corsair IQ Ease of use: Easily the best mouse I've ever owned. It comes with little weights and automatically detects when you add or remove them. My flicks after I got used to this mouse were insane, I'm talking 20 kills in the first half of a Dust 2 CS match type crazy. The added thumb rest is nice too, its something I never thought I would need in a mouse, but I cant use my pc comfortably without it.

I recently picked up the Nightsword wired gaming mouse after my Logitech G903 gave out, and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade! The customization options are top-notch, especially with the precision. It is incredible, and the design makes it comfortable for long gaming sessions. If you're looking for a reliable, high-performance gaming mouse, the Nightsword is definitely worth it!

Excellent mouse, love the feel and grip. I have large hands and was not happy with other gaming mice but this one just feels natural. Also love the icue functionality and adjustable DPI which is in basically every gaming mouse but love the sniper button and ability to show dpi on the fly and adjust the speed during.

The hardware itself is very good. Wasn’t sure how much the adjustable weight would matter, but I honestly believe that’s what made the mouse for me. It glides perfectly across my desk mat, and all of the buttons are very responsive. Miles better than the mouse it replaced, which turned out to be more villain than hero, if you know what I mean. The software is decent. Takes a second to get used to, but after a while it does fine. I will warn you, if you decide to use the onboard profiling on the mouse, you may get watchdog errors in Win 11 after this last update. I speak from the experience of hours of troubleshooting, system crashes, windows reinstalls, driver reinstalls, etc. in the end, Windows was having problems reading the profile in the mouse (and the Corsair keyboard I have it connected through) and was not happy. Only after reinstalling and keeping iCue running was Windows stable. This is a Windows problem, not a Corsair problem, imo. Just thought I’d add that in here just in case. I lost about 20 hours of uptime because of it. Just run iCue while you’re using the mouse if you don’t want to go insane when MS decides to scramble your system with an update.

keeping in mind it's wired, I don't have complaints for the price. came with removable weights in case you like a heavy mouse. works with my RGB

Absolutely love the way itnfeels in my hand. The weights for this are perfect. I could live without the rgb but it does make it stand out

If you want a solid wired gaming mouse that has all the basic features of a modern, this is a great option. Corsair typically does not disappoint and this is no exception. good weight, surface friction, and a quality cord. My only complaint is the perforation gathers dirt easily and is a bit challenging to clean.

Coming from the Logitech G502Hero light speed, this mouse is great. It’s not quite as fast as G502 but I could never get that mouse connected properly to my pc for full customization. With this seeing as I have a lot of Corsair items it’s easily connectable. And with my hand being larger it’s a percent fit.

I have a logitech mouse and i have been having problems with the DPI changing setting without me changing it. I gave around 2 mouths to logitech to fix that problem i did reset the logitech G HUB sofward and bought another logitech mouse and the problem was the same, thats why i went for another brand and got this corsair mouse, it is great, it is easy to change DPI up and down and it has light on the left side that can tell on what DPI you are on. It is really steady and a little bit heavier than what i prefer whithout the weight that it brings. Its kinda big for my hand, i cant use the sniper button becouse i can not reach it without having to grab the mouse with my whole hand i feel really uncomfortable when do it.

This mouse is very comfortable to use and looks really cool. I have not used it for games yet, but it’s seems like it has you covered on any function you need with the button layout. I really like the quality of it the most.

Good size. I like the small thumb rest the juts out the sides and the dedicated sensitivity setting adjustment buttons.

I needed a mouse to replace my aging Mad Catz RAT 7 (left in picture), and this Corsair Nightsword (right in picture) mouse is a great fit. The RAT 7 allowed for a more natural hand position due to the adjustable thumb rest and adjustable palm rest, whereas, the Nightsword is fixed positions for both sections. Overall the contour of the Nightsword allows me to comfortably rest my hand. The Nightsword has a much more accurate optical sensor over the laser sensor on the RAT, and the aiming button is much easier to press on the Nightsword over the RAT. Great mouse overall with non of the faults I had early on with the RAT 7.
