Poor workmanship makes assembly difficult.
The assemby of the table was very easy; however, the chairs were another story. It must have been the 12 year old assembly line worker’s first day. Most of the captured nuts were not threaded all the way through. Some of the nuts were welded in at an angle that required drilling out and tapping. In addition, the bolts are low quality. The first bolt stopped when it ran out of threads and broke with no effort. If you purchase, have good quality bolts, a driill and a 6x1mm tap available. What should have taken a half hour to assemble ended up being several hours. I recommend staying away if you have limited patience.
