Do not buy
To notify this product under any circumstances, this product got messed up after 62 days, just enough to end the return window and kicking the manufacturer warranty, they will not repair it. After two weeks of contacting close away, they decided that I should get a refund. I have spent numerous hours under the, countless phone calls, representative yelling at me and still no solution despite the fact that I pay for Best Buy‘s total. Again save yourself a headache do not purchase this product. And after this experience, think well before purchasing the Best Buy total protect plan, as I’ve had it for many years. And the only thing that they are doing, is causing my protection to rise. Save yourself a headache, stress, and sanity. Sidenote, I only gave it one star because the app does not let me give it zero.

Multiple issues
1) This unit does not cool a room that is 350 square ft. 2) it creates a power surge when the a/c function starts. My lights flicker! Avoid this a/c unit. I spent a lot of money on this and im so dissapointed it doesnt work.
