Finally took this out of the box and put the wheels on. It came slightly damaged; the box was torn during shipping, and the case was a bit bent. Anyway, I put the ice packs in the freezer, and we are ready to go. I am not incredibly excited about the cooling feature; it seems to blow like a fan. I would prefer a metal blade fan, which I believe would put out more air than this. I can hardly feel it while lying on my bed, but I’ll wait to how if there is any improvements in the coming days.

Cooling function is not working correctly and purchased less than 30 days ago. The problem occurs when the cooling function button is selected it beeps 6-7 times and the cooling light continues to flash and never stops. Fan does not generate cool air even when the water tank is adequately filled with the ice boxes. Have been in contact with manufacturer and they have not resolved issue. Unless this gets resolved soon, RECOMMEND do not purchase this product.

It's a great fan. keeps the room cool. You just have to make sure it's filled with water at the correct level. That's the only hassle about it. Other than that, we love it.
