The item was delivered in a timely manner. The instructions to put it together were all pictures, no words. No instructions on how to raise and lower the pistons. When I figured out how to make it work, I had to lean on the desk to lower it, then it would no longer raise. Then, when I contacted the manufacturer they wanted a picture or video of the problem and offered me a $20 refund. When sent the pictures but refused the first offer, they then offered a $40 refund. Only when I insisted that I did not want a non-working item, did they give me a full refund. Now I have to put this piece of junk out with the trash but it beats wasting more time packaging it and shipping it back to them. Do not buy. I would give zero stars if I could.
