It doesnt make ice cubes it makes ice BRICKS. Huge chocolate bar size replicas made of ice. Its ridiculous. On top of having to chop the ice after it runs a cycle, when it is trying to create this ice brick, it is SO loud it sounds like someone is breaking into your home. I initially wanted to buy this ice maker because there was a feature that you could put a 3 gallon filtered water bottle into the top to have it replenish the water tank. The design is faulty. NO manufactured bottle fits the drain at the top. Its absolutely useless. Who ever designed this ice machine should be fired and go find another line of work. Who ever signed off on the design of this ice maker clearly didnt think any of this through or test the product. What an absolute piece of trash.

Loud machine, not user-friendly and Ice came out in one brick so you had to break apart ice. I returned it.
