The walking pad can only be controlled by the remote. The remote does not come with a battery. The battery is annoying because it is a coin battery (CR2032). For 200 dollars, we can't have functioning buttons on the treadmill?

Unstable. You have to hold onto something while walking on this walking pad it feels as though you will fall. Also after 30 minutes on it you start to smell a burning smell. I will be returning.

Got the item, appears as described. Read through the manual and warning bells started going off. For a user manual, i get there may be some grammatical errors but it looks like it was either poorly transcribed using Google Translate or was written by a 6 year old. Figured I would still give it a shot, so i got everything set up, lubricated the belt, and then go to turn on the machine and no battery for the remote, which is the only way to turn it on but luckily had some CR2032s in a drawer. Got it started, started the lubrication process, the belt keeps tracking either to the left or right into the rollers/guard whenever weight is placed onto it. Spent over an hour trying to get the belt to stop tracking into the guard and it would not stay in place.
