These things are fantastic! They each need 4 AAA batteries (iirc), but it's so worth it for how they automatically grind when you invert them. Love them so far and would highly recommend.

I love these salt & pepper "shakers"! I have a thumb that gives me problems and I don't have to use my thumb to use the electric grinders AND the added bonus: they fit in my cupboard! I love them. They would make wonderful gifts!! Barb

Bisexual, these are awesome salt and pepper shakers I bought a cheaper pair couple years ago the pepper that come out and salt was all course not fine. These do a great job for the money you cannot beat them.
